Use these instructions to request deletion of personal information you submitted to Supportify through this website or the Supportify Facebook Page.
How to request deletion
Email inquiry@supportinfoserv.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Tell us whether your request relates to the Supportify website, Facebook Messenger, or both.
Information that helps us locate your data
Please provide the name and email address you used when contacting Supportify. For a Facebook Messenger request, you may also tell us the approximate date of the conversation. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Verification
Supportify may take reasonable steps to verify that the requester is the person associated with the information before deleting or disclosing personal data.
What happens next
After a verified request is processed, Supportify will delete personal information that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or other legitimate business purposes.
